Similar problem to others in a post with same title that is now closed. . Recently updated to Formuler Z8 V 1.4.80 and IPTV V 7.10.2. After update, all live channels show black screen. VOD section works fine. Onscreen tv guide list of channels also works fine. This happens whether I user VPN or not. Also have the option in my vpn to choose servers from different locations, tried more than one, same result. I have multiple firesticks, one for home and one for work travel, they work fine. Any suggestions?
Z8 MYTVOnline 2 does not load channels but can access VOD section of Sub - All live channels shows Black screen only

When this happen send log. file to Formuler,open support ticket on help desk, explain in few words what happen and your Tracking Nb. from log.
This issue is still under investigation and such log files. are very important for the devs. How to send log file you can find in the temporarily closed thread.

I am having th exact same problem. I was watching live tv for 20 minutes then black screen. I have unplugged and reset many times but it didn’t fix the problem. I have full WiFi signal but it looks like no signal on mol2
