Z plus neo no 4k audio

hello,

i have a z + neo. there is no audio on 4k movies with eac3 5-1.

i can use a different iptv player (distroX) and the audio is good. (on the same z+neo)

i can play the same movie on a formuler Z7 and the audio is good.

i have used audio optimiser and altered the hdmi settings as described in other threads but still no go.

is the problem with the mytvonline2 app?

any ideas please
