    Hello guys,

    I need help. I recently bought a Samsung Smart TV and the TV cannot detect the signal from the Z7 + 5g box Formuler. I have already made a factory resert to the tv, I have already changed the hdmi cables, I have already made a factory resert to the box and the problem continues. Can someone tell me what it might be?

    Hello, CBP ADM what happens is strange, because the box signal turns green and the tv does not detect the box signal for tv. but on another LG smart tv I can see what's in the box. I already did resert to the box, to the tv and it continues the same. Now I'm going to try changing the hdmi cables to an 18gb one and let's see what happens.

    Looking at the situation, it doesn;t seem a z7 s problem. try it

    1. power off all hdmi devices connected to the tv

    2.disconnect all hdmi cables from the tv

    3. power off and unplug the tv's power cord from the surge protector or wall outlet

    4, press and hold the tv power button for 30 seconds

    5.reconnect the hdmi cables back to the hdmi ports on the tv.

    6. re-plug the tv's power cord back into the surge protector or wall outlet. now check your tv.

    7. if previous methods does not work please apply rest to factory setting.

    Hello CA, thanks for the help / tip. I already did that and I still don't see an image. But this time the TV detects that something is connected to the HDMI output but I don't see an image. I have the box settings in auto mode, I don't know if it's the best. I still think it's a bug in the box, some bad update that is causing the image to not show on some devices. in any case thanks for the help you gave me.
