If possible, please try to record the channel when the problem occurs (~10 minutes) for us to check the issue.
You can use Mega or Google Driver to upload the recording files and share the downloadable link with us.
This is true I have same issue.
When watching movies channels with IPTV and using Swedish subtitle, it will after around 30 seconds get out of sync. Sometimes it get’s back to right text but after around same time it will get out of sync again.
I have tested with the most settings, AFR, video output but still the same issue.
The subtitle is working with another app (Tivi) so I doubt any hardware setting is wrong.

I have tested the subtitles for many hours in the latest version (v10) and now it's working as it's should.
