Z8 Pro with ORBI RBK852 WIFI 6 router keeps disconnecting from wireless WIFI

    Hi,

    I upgraded my router to ORBI RBK852 WIFI 6 and now my Z8 Pro keeps disconnecting from my wireless WIFI.

    I have a satellite installed all other devices connect with out any problems.

    If will connect and than all of sudden lose wireless connection.

    I have checked the internet speed which is 400+mbps.

    This seems like Z8 Pro issue.

    Please can Z8 Pro support help me resolve this issue.

    Make sure you have separate 2.4G and 5GHz access points (SSID) setup on the router (and satellites)

    Make sure the Z8 is connected to the 5GHz AP

    Try to setup a static IP for your Z8
