Error message

I down loaded my tv online 2 for my new Z8 pro and it gives this message

Update info error and in red letters it says Firmware info error (network)(-1) . It is not working . Please help .

Internet is fine . I downloaded My tv online and installed it you tube , market etc... are working so there is problem only with mytv onlie .

It is saying update info error , there is some problem with the market app please fix this now i am using the emu pro app and is working flawless . I cant even go to menu to set the portal .
