He should not cut the power from the box. 10sec shutdown comes only if the box was powerless.

This question is for a friend of mine,He has a LG Smart tv and the Formuler Z8 pro connected to it.
The z8 pro works great for about a week then afterwards he get a system shutdown initiated problem after about a week.Have tried a red button reset already.What other things can he try ?
And yes I’m thinking the same thing “why would you use a android box on a smart tv”
I have an LG-Oled smart tv, of course I use iptv- box the apps LG provides is really crappy.
The tvbox is light years ahead of the apps that do not work😁

Just quick question, did you tried with another power supply ?
Most defaults I get in Z8 Pro and Z10 comes from faulty power supplies.
