Formuler Z+Neo WiFi Error

Hello everyone,

My device shows as connected in the network settings however on the Home Screen at the bottom it shows as error with an exclamation symbol. This is not the first time this happens and yes my network is on. In fact, I ran a speed test and my network is up and running (501mbps download/ 20mbps upload)

All of my other gadgets like smart TVs, cameras, smart phones etc. are connected EXCEPT my Formuler Z+Neo.

Can anyone assist with troubleshooting?

Try the internet line test with your mobile's hotspot , also with the lan cable too.

To see where the problem is.

Yes, I already did that. I think my service provider blocked my device.

No, the isp can not block the connection between box and your router at home.

Let the box forget/delete current found Wifi`s and let the box search again for your Wifi. Try to connect again.

To be sure all is ok with connection between box and router, connect lan cable Router<>Box and try Ethernet, if all is fine then you can go forward to find the issue with wifi.
