I just signed up with a new IPTV provider. They had me enter the login details into the m3u menu (add m3u Playlist). When I had finished doing that and went to connect It came up with the usual message asking me if I wanted to convert the playlist to a portal. My IPTV provider told me to use the playlist. The service is working fine, but I have no EPG information. "no information". They advised me to log out and log back in, which I did, but after waiting an hour, still no EPG information. Is there a way of "starting over", in other words getting back to the point where the url information has been entered, and then this time saying "Yes use portal"? I use my service on my TV. For the future, should I set up receipt of emails on Firefox on my Formuler Z8?

There are 3 solutions:
1. You delete your current playlist in connection and create again new one to chose at end XC Api Portal.
2. You create with existing data (provider Url, username and password) XC Api Portal
or you add following to your playlist under EPG url:
3. If you get M3U URL from your Provider this could look like in this example: "http://provider.com/get.php?userna…_plus&output=ts"
EPG XML URL should look like in this example: "http://provider.com/xmltv.php?username=11111&password=22222".
Many users don`t get the EPG URL from Provider, now you can build by your self the EPG URL and insert into Mytvonline.
Just change following bold positions with included from your existing M3U URL:
"http://provider.com/xmltv.php?username=11111&password=22222".

No you should not. Emails are for pc and not for boxes. After some problem with the box and if you need to do factory reset you will loose all data!

Thanks for your help. I think I did this correctly but still no EPG! See attached image. From the articles you linked for me I am guessing I cannot use the “portal” method if the iptv provider does not have my MAC ID?
Stalker MAC/ID without registered ID no, but you can convert your existing (new playlist) to XC Api Portal or use your data to create directly XC Api Portal. Please read the article again, maybe is something missing in your epg url.
