Z10 pro max issues using voice remote

Hi!

My GTV died yesterday and i had to use the my Z10 pro max that i had put away.

I have noticed since i paired the GTV Bt remote that, when i use the voice remote to search a channel or a app, is says "i did´t understood"

What could it be?

Another thing that i find out is when i activate the subtitles in youtube, if i get out of the app and enter again, it looses that configuration.

In my GTV nothing of this ocurred.

Hi! Subtitles are showed. The problem is when i exit youtube and i go to mytvonline and came back again to youtube, i need to turn subtitle on again and that didn´t happened on GTV.

And regarding the voice remote, when i choose a channel, mytvonlive freezes a bit and if i exit the app and came back again the channel i chose it´s showed.

This only happens with Z10 pro max. With my late GTV i had no issues.

My hope is that the GTV is reparable under warranty....
