Dog ate remote! I need help. How do I fix this? I have another remote that came with my box but can't get the box to turn on to make the remote work. Here is the remote I have.

I guess in NA? Only there some distri. send second RCU from other brand.
Sorry to say, but you need the original Formuler RCU to power on the box, ask seller or check on amazon.

Maybe this other off-brand remote contains a USB dongle you need to plug into the Formuler device?
Check the battery compartment for a removable USB dongle.
