Z10 Pro max & Z7+ conflict

Hi There.. I am sorry I am new here and cant seem to find a forum discussing my issue,

I have two boxes, Z10 Pro Max (mytv2) and a & Z7+ (mytv), both have an iptv subscription from the same provider using the same account, both hooked up to my Orbi mesh system, connection speeds are excellent as I am on fiber. Individually each box works fine, but if I try to use both boxes at the same time then both boxes start stuttering an replaying each packet of information time and time again, I am using the latest software on both boxes, I have spoken to my iptv provider an they have refered me here, is anyone able to help, thank you.

Subscription part is always the part from provider, it is easy to delegate to us instead to help his customers.

How ever, are you using on each box different subscription or same?

Well apparently you don't have a sub for 2 connections/devices since you get stuttering when both boxes are being used at the same time.

As far as I know, one STB per paid subscription. With most providers, you have to pay for a 2nd subscription for the 2nd STB. Good luck!

Rolo1, like others already told, your issue is you are using same subscription for two devices. If you not have second connection activated in your subscription this can lead into ban from provider. Using same token is result what you see now.

To use same subscription on two devices with one subscription is only ok if one box is off and other active. So, you need for each box different subscription or current subscription but with activated two connections inside, if the Provider offer this.

Happens a lot.

In order to force the buy most sellers say customer can use same user/pass pair in any box but never say it is one at the time and never at the same time.

You can obviously have this, booth same time, but your seller must have the ability to allow 2 connexions in same line.

Usually a Admin feature, sorry.

Ok thanks everyone, l was told that my subscribers would increase by 50%, which l paid, l will get back to my service provider, thanks very much for your help it was very useful,
