Hello, I have a problem using Kodi 19.4 where when playing 4k HDR it does not play smoothly. There is also a problem with hbomax. FullHD ok.I would also welcome the TV volume control feature at LG. This box is still a big disappointment and these are the problems I encountered in one day. I was also struck by the fact that it does not have support for dolbyvision, at least for streaming, which is very bad with this price tag. It is incomprehensible that nowadays there will be a device that has new HW and cannot easily play basic video formats. I would also work on image quality where realtek chips can achieve a top image.

Do you have a problem reading English? Nowhere on the product pages does it say that DolbyVision is supported on any Formuler device.
Are you a masochist? Why are you torturing yourself by buying products that don't meet your requirements?

It must be also said that your first post on this forum was not so nice, starting instantly to blame, writing what all disappointed is and not work for you, but not asking first what can be done or what the box specs say. So do not wonder if 175n answer you in same way.
How ever, will try to explain much more in detail.
- The box specs say nothing about Dolby vision otherwise this would stay in the specs. and specs are very clear what the chipset support and if something is missing in the description then this says only it is not available. HDR10 and HDR10plus is possible all other not.
- Kodi and smooth play is not done with just playing.
- Install first Audioptimizer from Market and execute once, reboot the box.
- Go to Mol2 Settings and activate "AFR", this option should also affect other apps.
- And at end set Kodi properly in "Expert mode".
- Don`t know what you mean exactly with "volume control" but if you are not able to controll in surround mode the audio with RCU, turn of surround mode from"RAW-Passthrough" to no surround (LPCM) Stereo to control with Formuler RCU, otherwise you can control only with the RCU from your AVR or Soundbar. Passthrough is Passthrough and says everything. If you mean something else like loudness, then read also this post -> RE: Channel Volume level
Btw. for full control with one RCU (Box, TV, AVR, Soundbar) is BT1 RCU with Formuler Remote App and latest firmware available.
- For HBO MAX check sites like apkpure.com and search for "Android TV" apk and not mobile version.

Thank you for your normal response and opportunities to solve my problems.Dolby vision is not my priority, only this feature would definitely make the box more interesting for people.Your solution didn't help, but I tried developer mode and the maximum CPU performance feature almost eliminated tearing.But I have to have modified kodi for those you offer in stores, it doesn't work.There will be a problem with the frame rate.Box can't work properly with frame rate at kodi and even at my iptv, where programs don't run smoothly.it's great HW but we definitely agree that without good SW support it's useless.My shop recommended that my box be returned but I believe the support will work to resolve the issue.

the latest stable version of Kodi is 19.3 and everything you describe about problems in Kodi may be because version 19.4 is in Beta development... I have no such problems with Kodi 19.3 on my Z10 Pro Max, everything works just fine... Set it up properly and you won't have any problems.
P/S an option is to increase the buffering to 150 mb

najnovšia stabilná verzia Kodi je 19.3 a všetko, čo popisuješ o problémoch v Kodi, môže byť spôsobené tým, že verzia 19.4 je vo vývoji Beta... S Kodi 19.3 na mojom Z10 Pro Max takéto problémy nemám, všetko funguje ako má... Nastaviť správne a nebudete mať žiadne problémy.
P/S možnosťou je zvýšenie vyrovnávacej pamäte na 150 mb

I can say one thing that the Z10 Pro Max is quite a good device and works pretty well with the applications Kodi, TiwiMate and AutoFrame Rate has no problems, yes there are some unfinished with other applications and I think that the manufacturer will fix it in the shortest possible time.
I also have the same concerns about the devices that I have below in my signature, there is no one device that fully satisfies one or another user to all 100%....
But I can assess the Z10 Pro Max at 5 points without plus, because the support is decent...

Môžem povedať jednu vec, že Z10 Pro Max je celkom dobré zariadenie a funguje celkom dobre s aplikáciami Kodi, TiwiMate a AutoFrame Rate, nemá problémy, áno, niektoré sú nedokončené s inými aplikáciami a myslím, že to výrobca opraví v čo najkratší čas.
Tiež mám rovnaké obavy o zariadenia, ktoré mám nižšie vo svojom podpise, neexistuje žiadne zariadenie, ktoré by plne uspokojilo jedného alebo druhého používateľa na 100%....
Ale Z10 Pro Max môžem hodnotiť na 5 bodov bez plusu, pretože podpora je slušná...
