On my Z10 Pro Max, it happens to have freezes with a slight backward movement, do you know why and how to fix it?

Connection between your box and provider, set buffer to 10 in MOL2 menu.
-
Thanks Sam I set the buffer to 10 seconds but I still have less frequent freezes and no rollback. Is there anything else to do...?
-
I tried with the Z8 which I still have, same subscription, same configuration, same TV, freezes on the Z10 Pro Max but not on the Z8.

I hope the latest updates are installed? In that case you can try to set static ip on z10 pro Max and change the DNS server, after that restart once your box and router too!
Start first with cloudflare dns server -> (Latest update) Home menu -> settings -> Network & Internet -> Private DNS -> Private DNS provider hostname -> choose cloudflare.
Test again. If still same, tray also to set static ip.

Thank you, I followed all these recommendations but the problem persists with rollbacks, I don't know what to do

I hope you do not use same subscription at same time on both boxes?
Video would help to understand what exactly happens, please upload to streamable.com.
-
No, I don't use my subscription on the Z8 and Z10 Pro Max simultaneously, I know that and I would get banned but I use it in XC codes one after the other on the devices. I will make a video soon to illustrate my point. Merci The same thing happend's with a friend of mine with the Z10 Pro max.

On the video, you can notice at 27 seconds a rollback lasting 10 seconds. At 1.18 an image freeze, at 1.59 another freeze. At 2.47 you have another rollback lasting 7 seconds. Well, it even happens sometimes more frequently. Thanks for your help. https://streamable.com/p68wwa

Today when this happens again, please send log file to Formuler.
Go to -> home menu -> settings ->device preferences ->About ->report problem -> (note the Track no, and post in this thread) and click on send logs.
-
May be a compatibility issue depending on the provider's feed since the Z8 with the same settings no problem but on the Z10 Pro Max it's not good
-
I don't see how to send a sequence over 3 minutes when I don't know the exact moment when the problem will occur... ???

Therefore you send the log file, so the devs can check what`s going on.

Restart the box and start MOL2, await the moment when the issue happen -> go instantly to Send Log and click on it. That`s all what you need to do!
Post the Tracking No. in this thread.

Btw , you didn`t press info so we can see the stream signal (3 dots in right corner) in the video. Do you use AFR on or off? Please try both.
-
I'm using the 1920x1080 25.0 fps/aspect (16*9) A/V (DD/H.264) pic: 9491kbps, net:11404kbps
Not AFR but i tried already with AFR et not -

Also set buffer time to 10 seconds and check if the issue remains

I have exactly the same problem with my new Formuler Z10 pro max (no issues with the same provider, same settings on my Z8). The picture freezes, and moves back like 3 seconds and then continues again. Its very annoying.
Ive send two problem reports:
BFB4DE
Its always after watching around 1.30m on the same channel (doesnt matter which channel). Buffertime 10sec doesnt help.

Sorry for my carelessness but I had left my identifiers on a friend's device and the double connection caused these problems of cuts and rollbacks

Ok, solved and thread closed.
