    I read information about how to arrange channels in favorites. It said "Navigate to the channel which you want to edit > Long-press OK on the remote". I must be missing something. I go to my favorites list and then go to a channel I would like to move the position. I do the long press on OK on the remote and nothing happens. I am assuming that channel would either turn bold or similar and I would then use the up or down arrow to move that channel. But again, when I do a long press on OK while on a particular channel in favorites, nothing happens......thanks

    Keep clicking left until you reach My Groups from the channel list. Under My Groups, you'll find Favorite and the channels included. Long-press OK on the channel you want to rearrange. Check the steps below and this link for more details.

    Live TV > Channel List > Open Channel Editor(⚙) by pressing the LEFT on the remote

    = Live Channel screen > OK button > LEFT button > LEFT button

    Thanks for your reply. The video is similar to the text information I read about arranging favorites. I have to be doing something wrong because it still doesn't work for me. I have no problem adding channels to my favorites, Problem is only with arranging them. For example I will be in my favorites and click on ABC.....when I click the OK button on my remote, nothing happens...that channel does not light up or outline or anything. I can navigate fine thru channels with the remote...is ONLY when I try to arrange favorites by clicking on channel A and then clicking OK....nothing happens
