Hello . I just bought a Z10 max pro but when I connect my headphones in bluetooth it is detected but the sound is inaudible.... like crackling. I tested with 2 different headphones....Sony MX1000 and Audeze phobius..as well as a bluetooth speaker. Identical results for all three. Permanent cracks. Has anyone had the same problem? Sorry for my bad English I speak French. The problem arises both on youtube and on MtvOnline2

See if the problem goes away if you bring the headphones closer to the Formuler device.

I have same problem
strange... I, for example, have no problem with headphones, everything works fine... JBL Harman TUNE 130NC headphones

Maybe it’s specific to Sony MX 3’s
..It’s unfortunate..won’t be using my Z10 since I always listen on Sony’s MX’s.

Try to turn off Surround Sound in Android Sound settings.

I have the same problem. I did however find a temporary solution. I tested and it works. See below.
Download an apk app called A2DP. Available on google search
Install it on your box. When you are loading the system before you click into mytv online click across to A2DP.
Click on it and click on Check Bluetooth A2DP. You will see 3 options AAC LDAC SBC. Click on SBC. It will say switch A2DP codec to SBC. Click yes.
Every time you turn on your bluetooth speaker you will have to follow these steps
The app is full of ads though.
