hi when trying a 4k live stream getting error illegalstateexception on z10 pro max, my z8 pro plays the stream fine
anyone got a fix

This issue have been fixed few months ago , try to do latest software update

i have the same error. Already had the latest update. Frequentie happens aftershave pausing serie or vod but also at live tv

I have this too, but not always. Changing from group to another group, and then this happens. Rebooting the Z10 helps fixing the problem, but very strange.

Delete MOL2 cache and check if the issue remains.
Make sure to check with your service provider if there is any issue on that specific channel.
