hello , since the update to version 10.10.36. I no longer have the ability to change the power of the volume. This message (active audio relay. use tv ir to control the volume). I don't see any option to change the audio source. this error forces me to put the sound very loud on my TV.

I have a z10 pro max and uppdate it now. Its start again. Dont work. On the tv it stands onley z10 pro max.?

It's normal behavior that you cannot control the volume of your STB with GTV-IR1 remote when audio passthrough is on.
Turn it off following the next instruction:
Go to Settings > Device Preferences > Sound > Select formats > None
or use your TV remote to control the volume.
You can easily switch between STB volume and TV volume using GTV-BT1 remote.

I never change with GTV-IR1 remote when audio passthrough is on. it was activated with the update. And for information I tried your manipulation: Go to Settings > Device Preferences > Sound > Select formats > None. this does not change anything. always impossible to change the power of the sound of my box.

Because few reports was enough as reason to take it off so the devs can check why this wifi issue happen...
All other without any issues, like you and me don`t need to think about it, that`s all. After devs find the reason why on few boxes this happen, include fix, there will be new hotfix update.
