Black screen on most TV channels

Hi,

Last week most of my channels diseper, I push my provider to fix it. They send my new portal detail but still only few works. They're sending me screen that on they side everything is ok. My channels doesn't work but I can play time shift event 10 minutes back and program recorded works. I don't know what is happened. Any help,please ?

Hello,

1. Do factory reset and setup the box again, create portal with new data and test again.

2. If same happens, then is the issue still on provider side. Install Tivimate app and test the portal with this app. If same occur it is 100% Provider issue.
