Reboot, current firmware 10.10.32 and no update available

Excuse my English, I am Belgian.

Here is my problem:

I bought two Formuler Z10 SE. For both of them, I had the problem of untimely reboot, all the time.

This problem was solved with an update for one.

For the other, impossible to update. The current firmware version on the Formuler is 10.10.32.

On the other one, I am on version 10.10.35 and I have no more problems.

When I go to the update menu, it tells me that the current version is the latest.

Without this update, the Formuler is unusable because it keeps rebooting.

I have tried to do a "Factory Reset" via the menu, uninstall my tv online and re-install it, it still does not offer me an update.

I also tried to share my Wi-Fi and connect to my mobile phone, to no avail.

Could you please help me? I have advised many people to buy this Formuler Z10 SE and many have the same problem.

Honestly, on the Z10 SE, version 10.10.35 is much more stable than 10.10.32.

The problem does appear when I use My Tv Online mainly, but it also appears sometimes just when I am in the menu.

For example, I am on My Tv Online, I scroll through the channels quite quickly, the Forumuler shuts down and reboots. Or it locks up completely and I have to remove the power supply and put it back on.

Sometimes, when I'm on a TV channel, the picture freezes completely, coloured pixels appear and I have to remove the power supply and put it back on again.

I have also noticed that when I am watching VOD, the picture refreshment does not seem to be good, I have the impression of seeing "lags".

I had the same behaviour with the other Formuler Z10 SE and the update to 10.10.35 completely solved these bugs.

This is not a problem that appears from time to time, it is systematic and it makes my Formuler Z10 SE unusable.

I have already tried the Factory Reset, uninstalling My Tv Online and reinstalling via the Market. Nothing works.

What makes me think it's not a hardware problem is that I had the same thing with the other one and the update solved the problem.

Also, other friends of mine have the same problem with the same firmware.
