Disappearing notification

Every time I go back the Home screen, I see the number 1 to the left of the Settings icon. After 2 seconds, the number disappears. This started happing a few hours ago. I believe it is about an app update as I saw a notification while watching a TV channel using Tivimate app. Tivimate app is up to date. The notification continues to show for about 2 seconds every time I go to the Home screen. Need guidance.

Check the apps and notifications, update the app.

already did. All apps are up to date and there is no other notification anywhere else. Only place I see the notification for 2 seconds is on the Home screen. See the video at https://www.dropbox.com/s/szcas1v261i8xxv/IMG_1527.MOV?dl=0

Check process is working in background, this find something, compare and decide to stop with notification.

I guess this could be some Google app process, check all apps from them. All notifications comes from Google Server (Android TV).

Did you also installed the latest fw,sw and tuner update on your GTV?

Please check under software update app and compare with latest update thread.
