Usb not regonised

i have a z7+ and both usb are not recognised. I am trying to carry out a factory reset, however i can only perform the internal reset as for the hard reset one needs to use a usb and both usbs are not working. With the in build reset, on first reboot i get a no signal, then i switch Off and On again and it reboots. Any ideas pls

I tried that method but as i said it will return No Signal, however on Switching OFF and ON again it will reboot properly. This is not normal moreover the USB are still not accessible.

Check your power supply first and test with some other, if i remember right it was such case few years ago, but... it could be also something wrong with hardware.

i will try and replace power supply and try again. But will this affect the USBs.
