    Hi.

    • Model: Z10 pro
    • Retail Box or Provider Box: Private box
    • Firmware version: Dono, the latest i guess.
    • MYTVOnline 1 / MYTVOnline 2 version:

    • Connection with provider:
    • Box connected with: Wifi
    • Did you factory reset your device? and when?: Yes, yesterday.
    • Picture url (only https):
    • Video download url (only https):
    • What issue(s) are you having? The picture goes black after start logo.
    • What was you expecting to happen? See the menu.
    • What happened instead? Nothing.
    • How can we reproduce the issue you are having?
    • What have you tried if anything to rectify the issue? Did a factory reset.


    Did update my box this sunday, after that update. The box kind of died.

    When I start it up the start logo shows, then nothing. The screen becomes black.

    I did a factory reset, but still the same.

    Is there anything else I can do?

    Before the box died, did it ever load,and if so did Apps like YouTube work?

    Did you reset your router?

    Did you try ethernet connection?

    Thanks for the replay.

    I had not done that. I have done now but still black screen.

    The box loaded until the welcome screen and then died after the reboot on the upgrade.
