Can't do updates on my Z10 Pro Max!

Tried emptying the cache in the "Software Update" app but it doesn't help!

In the "Software Update" app there is "Remove all updates! It says everything will be uninstalled!

But what exactly is everything, all the settings, portals, etc. or what is happening ??

No, I was hoping there was another solution, as we have set up several portals, several own channel sites with favorites, etc.

All that I wanted to avoid if possible!

Tried removing all updates, but unfortunately that didn't help. I get the same error as on the photos and the new updates are still there (2 pcs) but they cannot be downloaded.

So when I get a lot of desire to work, I will factory reset the box.
