I have 2 Z11-pro max units experiencing the same issue and I'm wondering did i do something wrong in the set up? or is the EPG info getting screwed up between my provider and MTVONLINE 3? My EPG shows no information at all on any channels. I've gone to my providers app and their EPG is mostly populated, there are a few channels with no information available but not all. I conducted a small test by going to my providers EPG and it shows all the information for a set of channels but when i switch over to MyTVonline3 "all the same channels show " no information. I've tried updating the EPG, Clearing the EPG and Clearing and updating the EPG with no luck. Signed-HELP A NEWBIE OUT.
MY EPG show no information at all not on the guide or the channel being watched

No, not solved.
You see no information in channel list.
But you can see the correct EPG if you click guide. -
Same issue here.
I have tried everything, delete and load m3u line again, go back to factory settings etc. but nothing helps.
EPG Guide shows correct info but in the channel list there is no info at all (see attachments).Testing with other app, SmartOne-IPTV, shows all channel info correctly.
Conclusion, this is a bug in MOL3.
Pls solve, as this is very annoying. Thanks
-
Same here.
Did everything. Still „no information“.
Only when i go to single EPG it works.
It is a bit annoying to watch TV like this. …
-
I found some new interesting info.
I live in the Netherlands and have set EPG Offset to, -1 hour, to get the correct info in the EPG list.
Now I have changed the setting to "None", (in "content source") and guess what, in the channel list, the info is now visible.
However the info is from one hour back, and also the EPG Guide is one hour back (you see the info from the past).
Thus this is not a solution, but may be it helps the developers from MUL3, to find the solution (time zone in relation to EPG offset?).

Hi,
I see the EPG correctly in guide but not in the channel list.
Several firmware updates and this issue persist.
-
Even after the update still many problems, the well-known epg story and with new data the update the 401 error, then even a quick reboot does not help. I put down the Z10 again. I'm losing faith in the Z11

did you put your epg offset on none, and when you are located in europe, then switch off automatic time from server, then time zone coordinated world time, adjust the time manual. and now reload your stream and update epg and try it worked for me

Hi, I did what you wrote and I am in Europe.
The EPG appeared but timing now is wrote, I have 4 hours difference, this is why I need the offset. -
did you use time zone coordinated world time, and then adjusted the time manual to your local time. it should work because i have one hour difference.
When u use the offset it doesn't work anymore, and reload the stream and update epg

No changes with the new system update, the problem is still exist.
Formuler staff say it is under investigation.
The only workaround, which now is working for me (location the Netherlands), is as follow;
In the main settings (thus not in MOL3) go to Device Preferences and than to Date and Time.
Set the time zone to "GMT+00:00 Greenwich Mean Time" (Thus not (Amsterdam, Brussels, Berlin etc.).
Set Automatic date & time: "Off", and set your time manualy to the correct time of your location.
After that go to the "Content Manager" in MOL3, and than set EPG Offset to "None".
Now the Channel list shows the information and also the EPG Guide has the correct info.
Hope this will help some of you too, with this problem.
Good Luck! -
as i already explained
-
No EPG information after renew install of my iptv provider the EPG is there but after a couple of days it shows no information.
I am in Germany
-
Im afrid I have to admit that it is quite a bit irritating that I can see the EPG in "EPG single" view and not in the "Group live:" view or in the "Guide" view.
Can someone please adress this issue so that I will learn if some of my "settings" are wrong or if it is an issue that is endemic to F 11 pro Max ?
Kind regards
/NB

Good Luck!Related to set the time to "manually", there is an other problem, when you switch the power off.
I did switch off the F11 Max Pro last night and back-on the next morning. And guess what, the date and time were from last night when I did switch off the box.
It means that the date/time stands still when you switch the box to "Power off".
In "Stand by", this problem does not occurs

Did you cut the power to the box over night? If yes then its normal, there is no Battery saving date and time like in pc.
Like you already wrote the date, region, GMT, summer time, etc are very important to set this correctly otherwise the epg will not work correctly. Second if the Provider is in your Country it should all work fine, if somewhere else (other Time, Regio) then is offset needed. Btw. the manually time is not necessary, the box compare the internet time with each start and correct.

OK, it is understandable that the date and time are not maintained when the box is powered-off.
But it is not understandable that you can't use the automatic date/time setting (internet time for your location), without having the problem that you don't see any info in the program/channel list.
If I set the correct time zone for my location (GMT +1), then the automatic (internet time) is correct for my location, however the EPG Guide shows all info for one hour in the past, and the channel info say: "no information".
Than only if I change the EPG offset to -1, the EPG Guide shows all correct info with the correct time. however, in the channel list it says: "no information".
Only the trick by setting GMT to 00:00, and then change the box date/time, manual to the correct local date/time and EPG offset to 0 in MOL3, is working (do not power-off, but leave the box in stand-by).
For me this make no sense. -
is there any solution for this problem. We have been through 2 updates in between, but it is still not resolved.
this is quite annoying.
and too bad that the formula team haven't solved this yet
by the way on the z10 i have no problems, only on the z11 i have the problem

Same here in Sweden, same time zone as NL.
-
As of tonight (9pm UK time) channels have started appearing, but only 60% of them

You may have to keep in mind that epg is never for the full 100% given for all channels

Hello,
I have a formuler Z11 pro Max mytvonline 3.
When i put the epg offset time on -01:00 our then a have on de most channels the notification “no information”.
Update epg doesnt help
Its not a provider issue because the epg offset option is working well on the smarters app on my ipad.
What is the problem and how can i fix it?
Thanks.

In addition to the "No Information" issue in the channel list, I found following;
There are 2 options for showing the channel lists, "Normal" and "Classic", only the "Classic" channel list show the extended information (for current and next programs).
If you have set to "Normal" channel listing, then there is no extended information.
When you have set the channel list to "Classic", and press the "Arrow-Up" button, then you see the "Normal" list in stead of the "Classic" list ("OK" button show "Classic" list).
And if you are in "Classic" channel list, you can go to "singel EPG" by pressing "right arrow".Doing so, you will see 7 week days, the previous day and the next 6 days wit the start times of programs for that particular channel.
However the starting times are not correct.
Above is not verry important for me, but maybe it can be fixed.

After I set the EPG offset to -1 hour, it seems I also have the 'no information' problems. Latest beta is installed.

I am on XC and set the EPG offset on - 1 hour and get full information under the guide button, for at least 24 hours and then the automatic update settings work, so i get the updated EPG for the next 24 hours.
The times of programms starting are correct, only not in single EPG (there the info is 1 hour ahead!)
-
Same over here.
On the Z11 pro max, the single epg view (channels) become no information when epg offset is set to -1
The multi view (guid) show the correct epg information
From a friend i hear he have the same issue on the Z10 pro max
-
ok
I get it to work by workaround
On the system i turn off the automatic time
and the time zone on GMT +00:00 coordinated world time
and the time itself i put it correctly to the time in this zone
then in MTVOnline i set the EPG offset to None
Now the correct EPG is shown at the guid en the single view and also the channels give correct EPG

This workaround also works for me. But it's not convenient, so the bug needs to be fixed.

I agree it is just a workaround and likely also not work when you have multiple iptv providers at different timezones
-
the workaround works for me. But when the problem with this workaround is when you power off the box and put power back on. The time settings are gone. So every time when you cut off the power you have to put in the time again. I hope Formuler can fix the EPG issue soon with the normnal automaticly time settings

Correct, you need to leave the box on standby or adjust the time again when you power-off/on the box.

Is there also already some date of time when it gonna be fixed for the formuler gtv with mol2?
