How do you remove a config file in mytvoline2

Does anyone no how to remove a config file from mytvonline2?, my old supplier gave the method to me so i didn't need to use a portal address, just username and password.

i want to restore it to default so i can use a portal address again. i have tried factory reset but it still comes up with add ng user when i go into the app!. i would be grateful for any help. thank you.

For z10:

Go to home menu -> system info -> if block installed, you should see menu entry "Check for configuration update"-> Highlight the configuration line, then press 0 (Zero) -x10 times -> It will factory reset and unblock the entire device.
