Catch up not working in MOL3

Hi there!

So far i'm very happy with my new Z11 pro!

The only problem that i'm having is that I somehow cannot find/use the catch up feature!

I'm using the mac/stalker method and with my Z8 and Z10 I have these "red icons" in front of my channels and I can look back programs that aired 36 hours ago.

On my Z11 I cannot see those red icons and cannot use the catch up feature.

Any ideas?? I tried it using the EPG button and then going a few hours back, and using the channel list, and right button to reach the historical EPG but no succes.

(When I reconnect my Z10, the feature is working, so it looks like something on the Z11 box or in the software)

Hi,

install latest Beta and test with this. Red icons should be shown if data, time and EPG are correct and fully loaded.

Home Menu -> Software Update -> press "1339" -> Red Icon and Beta Test SW appear (right corner) -> Press Red Button -> Firmware and Software are now shown, press "OK" button for install.

That was quicker than I thought but I figured out how to do the latest beta install, but still the same issue. Now on 11.1.41 and iptv 11.1.69

Strange thing is, I also have an Amiko 9 green+ and same issue, no catch up. But on formuler 8 and 10, no issues.

Did you check the same channel of the same portal in all Formuler Devices ?

Whether catch-up is supported is different for each channel.

Offcourse! On z8/z10 red icons, no problem. On this device no red icons. (not on any channel)

This is my first Formuler and I also noticed this after installation yesterday. I thought this was due to the provider. I don't have any other Formuler devices for comparison, unfortunately. The red icons appear mainly in one channel folder. Latest beta already installed.

This depends in first line from provider which channel have catch-up and which not. When EPG fully loaded the red icons are shown.

Same provider, catch up will not work with my z11 pro Max but is working fine with my z8 pro Max. Could you please advise us to whether there is a setting I need to change.

I assumed there would be catch back on every channel but like SAM said it will depend on provider. I found out for instance only the HD channels have playback.

There was mentioned there was no problem with the Z8 compared to Z11 so I am sure you compared the same channels.

But you never can be sure.

So I do have playback on my Z11 but limited....probably duo to the EPG is not fully loaded.

Does the catchup not show up in MOL3 or does it fail to open? Which provider? Open a conversation with me and please provide more details.

Catch up showd up in both z8 max and z11 but I am getting an invalid file message on the 11.

Another issue

I have tried posting about this elsewhere, but I have no received the response after a couple of attempts.

I know this is not the exact threat for another problem but I'm not receiving any response. BBC iPlayer and other UK TV players suddenly not working, giving me a message that they're not valid with this hardware. And that I should contact the developers? Do you have any information on this? Big problem for me
