    Hello,

    When I installed my Portal (Stalker) information into box, I kept getting a log in error. After speaking to Portal provider. he suggested I tweak the Mac.

    On the box itself, the Mac was 00:1E:B8:XX:XX:XX. The Portals would not load up.

    We Changed the ID to show 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX and both Portals loaded up without any issues.

    Is this something Formuler can look at on the Z11 Pro Max.

    Not everyone would know that this tweak could fix this issue.

    My box has been updated with the newest upgrade.

    No and the explain is:

    Since Z11 and MOL3 is no more the 00:1A:79 standard MAC, from this point the new boxes use 00:1E:B8. One of reasons is, many other user use MAC generators for his own/other iptv apps, result = collision with same registered MAC/ID on provider side. Change from your side to some 00:1A:79 on the Box will work with assistance from Provider but next user who use same ID will have issues!

    If the provider doesn`t support or did deactivated all other MACs except 00:1A:79 then this will be problem for users and the provider is not good Provider. They must also go with time and update they settings on admin Dashboard, because there is no reason to allow only one MAC like 00:1A:79. Just for info, many other Provider allow any MAC ID, without restrictions.
