Failed to load vod data

Hi, I have 6 gtv running and 5 z10 pro max all on stalker portal

The issue is that all the gtv display the failed to load vod data, I have reset the box/boxes issue comes back. I have tried m3u same problem I have cleared the cache on mytvonline 2 delete the portal info readded it. I have a 2gbs connection hardwired, I've tried wireless and nothing seams to work. I will also add the both the box software and remote bt1 are up to date with current firmware/software what am I missing????? All the z10pro work flawlessly

This has been a ongoing issue I've switched providers tried 4 others problem keeps coming back

With z10 z10 pro the issue isn't there

Hi, this issue was reported to Formular and they were able to figure out the problem and were working on a new version release which automatically clears the memory cache on reboot. Please update to the latest version or try to use the beta version if possible.

SAM Hi, so yes have to mannualy delete cache go to settings, device preferences, storage, internal shared storage, cached data, clear cached data
