- I couldn't find a place to post my comments so will do a reply. I am replying to a post that sounds similar to my problems. Basically all around erratic problems. My Z11 Pro Max is ok maybe 10-15% of the time. The rest of the time is not good

- What issue(s) are you having? The Z11 Pro Max is erratic. Maybe 10% of the time it is ok. Most of the time it will not connect to apps and suggests there is no ethernet connection, yet I do a speed test and the connection is ok. I also have a Z10 Pro Max and in my case the Z10 is a MUCH better device, never misses a beat.
- Another thing, comparing internet download speeds between my Z10 Pro Max and Z11 Pro Max are very different. This is done connecting both devices to the same HDMI and ethernet cables, connected to same LTE modem and same cell tower. The Z11 will run 45 to 50 mbps download.......the Z10 will run 95 to 105 mbps download. Numbers are low. I don't have luxury of fast cable or fiber....very rural. So the Z10 is typically twice as fast as the Z11. Also the Z11 will freeze often
- What was you expecting to happen? Was expecting to connect solid to the apps and stream a program...also expect similar speeds between the Z11 and Z10....not half for the Z11
- What happened instead? As above, my Z11 simply does not compare to my Z10
- How can we reproduce the issue you are having? Try to connect to an app
- What have you tried if anything to rectify the issue? I have done a couple factory resets. Also reset my LTE modem
