Sorry my supplier told me XC
For XC check your date, hour, GMT+1 and Regio, no offset, then it should work and pull all epg data.

You need to create own epg xml url, read the part with m3u -> How to use MAC/ID portal, Xtreme Codes Api (XC) and M3U Url on Formuler Boxes.

Like i already told the date, hour, GMT+1 and Regio must match with your location. When set and done, you go to MOL3, delete the current epg data and it will load again with new data.
You can go to Mol3 Menu ->Content Manager -> Data Sync -> EPG Data -> clear and update EPG
and Content Manager -> Data Sync -> Contents Data -> Refresh

I have already done all that I live in France I put +1 Luxembourg because there is no Paris or France and remove the automatic time my nothing works can the reset work?

Hi, i have exactly the same problem on 2x z11 pro i recently purchased. My earlier Z10 pro max works very well. I did everything mentionned in this post, changing regions, deleting and refreshing epg and content, today also upgraded to beta v11.2.0.
i have stalker running.
its so frustrating, i have no epg history (it fills only the past epg as from the last epg deletion) and 4 hours upcoming epg.
i cannot program any recording as i dont see future epg.
Can anyone help? seems the epg is a long lasting issue.

I changed to XC protocol a while ago,nevertheless i still have only 24 hours epg under the guide button,wheras on my z10pro i have 5 -7 days,making scheduled future recordings a lot easier (same provider!)

Henkie i recommended you at least 100 times to change your Provider. Seems some of you in NL use same Provider and have all the same reported EPG issue. I do point only in this case to this spec. Provider that you and 2-3 others use.

SAM it does not explain why it works well on a z10 and not on a z11, seems wierd to change of provider when buying a z11 ?
