The favorite channels and the history are not saved when I use the playlist and the z10 pro Max box is restarted, since the last update in November, it already had the portal, but to be able to see it on several devices I had to go back to the m3u playlist, so I ask for help trying to figure out how to solve the problem

Can't reproduce it. Channels in Favorits are saved and remain after a reboot. Delete app cache in Settings > App > MYTVOnline 2 and see if the issue remains.
If it does, please provide a video that shows the exact issue for further investigation. You can upload the Image/Video file here: https://streamable.com/ > Upload file > Copy link > Paste the link with your reply.
Please also send logs right after the issue reappears following the next instructions: How to send logs

Also uninstall the mol2 and reinstall from the market to resolve any data structure issue that can prevent saving.
There is also a limit to the amount of user created channel groups.

Please stop to post in other language! The forum rules are clear, only English allowed.
It was already suggested to reinstall MOL2 or factory reset the box. Please do it. I tested it again like staff on my Z10 and all is fine.

I have the translator automatically in Chrome and I didn't notice it but it seems that I am replying in English.
As for resetting and uninstalling mol2, I've done it several times, I've had my list on the portal for 2 months and the same thing doesn't happen, but since I wanted to try it on an app on my new smartv, I asked my provider to go back to the playlist m3u, also thinking that the problem no longer happened, and since I want to see it on several devices I prefer to use it that way, but the error continues and I don't know what I can do.
I also noticed that if you install a USB the setting is for loading Charge

1. try loading the m3u locally(file) instead of remotely(url)
really big m3u can have some issues if loaded remotely(url).
2. I am not clear about the usb loading charge. do you mean the usb can only charge devices?
For best performance connect the usb drives directly instead of via usb hub.

As for resetting and uninstalling mol2, I've done it several times and it didn't solve anything, that's why I came here to try to find out any tips or if anyone has the same problem to be able to fix it or try to send the box that is under warranty to check if the problem is internal
