Hello,
If I install CyberGhost (I have a subscription), the IP used by MyTV will hiiden ? I suppose but I prefer to ask to be sure 
Is there something special to do or just run and that's it ?

Yes, set the VPN as start up app and you will see active VPN on top as key icon, then start your Mol3.
