    Hi, I own a z10 pro z11 pro max and a Zalpha

    If anyone is having issues with their Guide

    Menu, connections , Epg mode UTC

    EPG OFFSET none

    Worked for me.

    If we're paying a premium for these boxes (formuler) I think it's Time to address this issue! When I don't have to change anything on my firestick with a working guide automatically.

    Not many ppl are tech savvy !

    Or don't charge us a premium price for a product with a basic feature like the Guide not working automatically, why do consumers have to manually adjust this feature for it to work?

    Not here to bash, I love the product but you can't justify the price without addressing a basic feature.

    Just my opinion!

    Unfortunately,i have tested 3 different providers,all on XC connection,with 24h forward and 2 other providers on Stalker,with a max of 24-48 h forward (the Stalker fix didnt result in the 7 days forward required),so as far as epg goes i agree with you.

    Nevertheless ,i have excellent experience with my first formuler box (z10pro),and i am confident that esp. the epg issues with the Z11pm can be resolved,and you should either sell your Z11 to Mparto,who asked you to do so in a previous post,then only downgrade the Formuler brand,who have a good name made for themselves with the z8 and z10,i only think they released the z11 way to early as i mentioned in one of my previous posts

    i can confirm the epg on the Z11 is still a mess. My provider provides the epg every week for 7/8 days. I need to refresh/update by myself otherwise there is no information shown in the guide or information screen. Today single epg is not working. The EPG on this box is a mess. GTV box was better in epg settings.

    On one provider i have 10 days forward in the single view epg.

    What i dont understand why recording/reminding from the single view epg cant be reintroduced,like on the Z8,as all complaints about scheduled recording would be solved by this?

    can't find the menu > connections > epg mode utc etc.

    This is because i think it applies only to the z10,within the z11 i can not find menu>connections>epg mode either!

    I agree :thumbs_up: it would solved a lot of problems. SAM, is ther a chance its comming back :question_mark:
