Z10 Pro won't turn on : black screen

    Hello,

    Since yesterday, my z10 pro won't turn on anymore :cross_mark:

    The box light comes on but the screen is black :black_large_square:

    I've tried the hard reset but nothing appears on the screen.

    I don't know what else to do to save it :face_with_medical_mask:

    I won the box as giveway on this website so I have no reseller to contact for the guarantee :frowning_face:

    Need help :folded_hands:

    first try:

    1. remove any connected accessories from the box

    2. try another display(direct connection no av unit)

    or another hdmi port on the same display

    (make sure to check correct input is selected on display)

    3. use another hdmi cable.

    4. use another power adapter if available.

    Unfortunately, I tried all the suggestions but still not turn on.

    I tried to switch my z10 with my z8 and it works fine with the z8.

    So definitively, my issue is with the z10 box.

    How works the warantee with the giveways ?

    I am a little bit worried about reliability of z10 : I never had issues with my z8 for 3 years :loudly_crying_face:

    If you have a problem with a device received through Giveaway, you will need to contact to Formuler supporter and they will guide you on how could you get a repair or exchange
