    hi i did a facttory reset in from the menu ,and afterward i installed mol2 ,but now i cant connect to myiptv ,i only get the radio stations,it works fine on an old box?

    did i do something wrong,is it a necessity to reset hardware first by using a clip in the infrared hole and first then do resetting in the menus?

    Hi,what message do you get (if any),when you try to connect to your iptv?

    How are you connected,MAC,XC or m3u?

    Do you get error code3?

    I guess SAM would suggest hard reset,with the pin.

    Before you do it wait for his opinion!

    Glad you agree SAM,personally I always have regarded the hard reset as an ultimate resucitation attempt,but i think thats just a feeling I have,when all other options have been tried out. :smiling_face:
