Hello guys. I’ve been enjoying my formuler z11 pro max quite a lot! Recently I’ve notice switching to the BT remote with voice contro, every time I click the google bitton, my box goes to a black screen and freezes until I have to manually unplug it and restart. (Super annoying) I’ve tried all the latest updates for the box and controller and the problem still is there. Anyone experienced this, or could help me out would be fantastic thanks!!

if it doest help after all the formuler updates and google play updates...
You should try a factory reset
Or
Go to apps. And then the google voice app (i let you know which one)
And then remove updates and cache

Wanted to recommend same, do that and report. It fixed the issue from some other users.
