Hi, I have purchased the GTV box. I opened the sealed pack box and connected to TV. But it has disappointed me, When I was waiting to get the Home Screen, I got something else on my screen. kindly help me to exit out of it and guide me to setup the portal URL. I performed rebooting and factory reset but none of these methods works to fix the issue. The light (white) on box is steady while booting up but as soon as it boot ups, It starts blinking into red and white. Urgent help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It is the factory diagnostic app.
Press 3 then OK on the remote to exit.
