Hi,
Using mytvol3 on z11pro max, Catch-up does not play at all. Message says; "TIMESHIFT ERROR, cant play this video".
I have used on different boxes, and on different internet providers, and tried with vpn, and cleared cache, but still catch-up does not play.
Vod is all ok though. Any ideas please?

what do you mean with different boxes? that it works on different boxes or just not?
Install Tivimate and recheck with this app your current sub. If there works catch up but with same sub not on MOL3, open conversation with me i will look into.
If same also happen with Tivimate, then contact your provider and ask them why catch up doesn`t work.
Installed Tivimate. Vod is in there & all ok. BUT it says no playlists on the epg screen, which is just black with the times at the top. So I have no channels at all. So I cannot test catch-up. But when i was installing, it seemed to add all channels & vod (I think). This is even more confusing. As I said same sub works on other players & apps, but with catch-up still not working on any. Any ideas please?
If its not working with other apps then its your provider!
Do you log in with extream codes?
