How is your internet speed,as it is limited in the z11pro vs the z11pro max?
Since you are having these issues,with fhd and vod,for the last few weeks i guess you already contacted your provider,maybe they did an update on their server,or changed something on their panel.
In that case a simple reset of your line might be sufficient to solve your problem.

In theory 50mb should be fine for tv.
is your box connected directly with a cable from the modem?
No switches behind it?
Oh and dont speak about iptv with your internetprovider, they dont like ik because its illeg*l.

Yeah straight connection router to z11 with cable. Even tried wifi and still same issue.
I'm sure only 20mb should suffice but can't get my head around it.

Hi,the fact that you not have the issue (freezing&glitching) on fhd channels only,but also on vod makes me suspect there is a provider issue involved,or do your vod work flawless on different app,than mol3?

Yeah all works fine on the other app including vod.

No other usage for my Internet, could also be internet provider but doing a speedtest not issue with down or upload
