  • "Not seeing my issue. Since update my Z10 Pro Max has been dropping it's internet connection 1 -2 times per day and has to be restarted. Once restarted, it connects on boot up as normal."

I haven't seen any suggestions to this problem yet. Also, since update the box doesn't turn on after being off for a long period of time (I.E overnight). I have to pull the plug and then plug back in. It will then turn on & off as normal for the rest of the day. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I just purchased box around February and this update is the first time I've experienced any problems.

Please turn off the WiFi 6 mode on your router, and make sure that WPA3 encryption is not turned on. If it is, please change to WPA2 mode.

Also, please change the IP settings to DHCP, reboot the device, and check again.

If you are connected to ethernet and Wifi, please disable one. Simultaneous connections can cause interference with one another.

    WiFi 6 is not on

    It's set to WPA2

    DHCP is on

    Only on WiFi

Those settings were already set to those specifications.

I had something simular with my doorphone.

After time it was my acces point AP who was dying every day a little, then suddenly died.

So your case your Z10 receive nasty things (?) , try a other Router or AP.

    Keep us informed.

    Hello,

I use no access point and the Z10 Pro Max is only 10' at best without obstruction from the router. I have no problems with any other devices using the Wi-Fi. I'd like to reiterate that this problem only began after the Oct 29 update.

    Thank you
