My tv online 3 can't load

    Mytvonline3 can't load on z11 pro max.The main screen starts for 2-3 sec and goes back to the mytvonline3 icon again.In the evening I watched it normally but in the morning when I started it there was an error with mytvonline3. Is anyone where had the same issues and find any solution? Thanks in advance

    I did the factory settings yesterday. It worked that day and today when I turned on the receiver the same error appears. I'm going to do the factory settings again and again and again and..... Thanks for the advice.

    I had the same issue last week, for me it was a problem of channel that my provider change or delete...

    The only thing I could do to prevent the crash of MOL3 was to press a multiple times the "men" button, the one with the 3 lines.

    There I could disable my provider via the menu, and MOL3 stop to crash.

    I saw, in my favorite, al lot of channels with only an address, no names...

    I could not use the backup files I made because the favorite where in it, I simply delete all data for MOL3 in Android app and then start from 0 in MOL3.

    No pbl till then :winking_face:
