Health of m'y box

If i were you,i wouldnt go there by yourself,but leave it to some technician (e.g in a phone shop) to do it for you!

Hollandais,i looked at it from my position(non-tecnical,two left hands),but if youre a pro i wish you good luck,once you know the datails of opening your box correctly,someone at Formuler must be able to give you the correct details

Normally, you shouldn't have to modify the box cover it's designed to be able to handle a certain amount of heat. To solve the problem you must first investigate the potential cause(s). Do you have any equipment connected on your USB sockets? Is the box placed on an open space?

Only in vertical positioning led at downside it works for 4 or 5 hours.

Have you got any guarentee on the box or from seller left?

You can also download a "terminal" application and run the "TOP" command this way you should see the load of each application on the CPU and maybe find the one that cause the overheating
