I've read some posts here on the same subject but I tried everything and still no live TV.
I did factory reset, uninstalled the app etc, removed power etc, nothing works.
Do you have an ideas?

menu, then under vod and series should be refresh.
It fixed my problem.
Can you test it on other app?
if you have there image then i think you need to factory reset your device.
Fastest way is to reset your device.
Fill in your credentials in mytvonline and test.
I guess you use XC Api login.
1. Power off your box, power cut (powerless) for at least 2-3 Min.
2. Delete cache in Apps -> Mol2 and start then MOL2
3. If same create new portal with same data and connect, test again.
4. If all of this doesn`t help then factory reset.

What I did, factory reset, delete cache 2-3x.
I have a stalker portal, btw I did test with tivimate and I had the tv live...
I really don't know now.

I tried the refresh and after 2 min it says refresh failed
Finally I unblocked my portal, it. Was locked by my provider and reset and re-enter the portal url, and it it working now.
