What recording device are you using?
Did you make any changes in rec dev?
Did you format your rec dev to ntfs with Rufus?
Have you checked your rec dev for errors?
I'm using an SD card that was formatted to NTFS using Rufus.

Rec dev=recording device
Did you record only on Z11 box,or also on e.g. z8 or z10 ?
I ask this because the recordings are not interchangeable between these boxes with z11.
Maybe you can check your SD card in Rufus for errors?
Do you only get kicked out of mol3 when trying to access recordings,or does it also happen when you are e.g. in VOD or series section of mol3 menu ?
Beats me,what the problem is causing!
Maybe you can try out several short recordings via direct recording button ,and see if any can be accessed,or if you get kicked out all the time?
Check also your notifications,Recording start,recording end,or message empty recordings.
I had tried a short direct recording alright, and could see it when I put the sd card into the laptop, so the recording must work, I just can't get to the them on MOL!

As a last resort you can always try a factory reset 
Make sure you are using only a high quality high speed SD or USB stick. Too many "normal" sticks today are low quality junk passed off as high quality.
