When I want to see 4K live tv channels I get a message “IllegalStateException”. I use the latest software version .10.10.57. Is there a issue that I can fix?

Hi,
seems your provider use some different format or codec than usual for 4K streaming and this collides with MOL2.
Which protocol is in use, Stalker MAC/ID, XC Api or M3U Playlist?

I use m3u playlist. The 8k playlist from my provider works fine but 4K get the error message for 1 week now. A reload of the playlist doesn’t fix the problem.
Try also to make a new portal.
Not as m3u, but as Xtream Codes.
Url, username and password.
Most providers use h264 and h265 codecs. Its most supported, so strange that they use other codec.
