or with an url and mac id (stalker)

What do you mean with changes and come back? Please explain in detail, because it`s not clear.
Does your clients change the Sn.No? If yes, this should be not changed, MAC ID in some cases ok but why SN.No.?
I don't know how to explain it better, it was my supplier who told me that this happens.
