Normally when you add the m3u line.
But why not use from the m3u line a xtream line?
Fill in url at portal
And then the username and password from the m3u line.
You got everything in one then.

I’am using the portal option. It has worked fine, but suddenly i have no epg information.
And because its not working the provider gave me a epg line. (Looks like the m3u line)
In Smarters i can insert a epg data line, but i dont see it in mytvonline.

I’am already have the xtream codes login. And the epg has worked fine till a few days ago.
(Its looks like since the wintertime in NL)The problem is i see in stead of epg information “ no information” behind the channels.
Is it a bug in mytvonline?

My old device had it too last year. The provider didnt change it or so after wintertime. So my epg was wrong
you can try epg offset -2 hours.
Hopefully it solves your no information.
But if you check your epg. Is everything gone? Also yesterday? It so, contact provider.

I tried your advice but didnt help.
The last time i had the same problem, we find no solution (also the provider found nothing).
But after install a new account the problem solved. Is it possible that its a account issue?

Did you apply the usual measures in case of no info epg;
Content Manager>Content Sources>sub>show hidden info>set update interval to 3 hours>save.click on epg update in CS,it may take a while for the epg to populate!

I tested a new line and the same epg problem.
It must be a bug in mtvonline3.
What can i try more?

Try uninstall mol3,and reinstall from Formuler Market.

Could it be that apps have trouble with some url for epg?

Difficult to answer,however if epg is working,dont look back and enjoy it

No, because it was your subscription issue from your Provider otherwise the new login data/url would not show EPG correctly too.

Its weird and its a provider issue, because suddenly none of my devices/apps had epg.
