Why not downloading from official site and sideloading on the box over usb? You get in that case also the latest version installed.

Like i mentioned Market is for lazy people-like myself-and you as well,but as SAM mentioned earlier it takes a 1 day Staff commitment to keep it updated to the latest versions.
They will upload it for sure my whole family is formuler infected and i recommended to a lot of people 😅 so please staff, hear me and provide us with different versions of plex ❤️
