I have been using MyTVOnline for quite some time now. Subtitles with opensubtitles.com always worked fine.
Recently it started to not work. "Couldn't sign in", when going to settings it all looks OK. when logging out and back in it first says +- 5 times account information incorrect but it manages to login after a while.

When searching for subtitles for series or movies, it's always the same, account information incorrect, couldn't search,.. or when we find subtitles the app crashes.

Can I do something to resolve this issue?

Make sure you are putting in the correct credentials.

I'm well aware and sure about the correct credentials. They work online. And sometimes it manages to retrieve the subtitles but afterwards MyTvOnline crashes..
